Before starting CCB Communications, Cathy was a managing partner with Rogen International. Her responsibilities included being a member of the North American management team, driving new business development, leading the banking and finance team, running the company’s most significant worldwide account and spearheading a global organization that developed Rogen’s professional development program.

Mentoring over 500 professionals, many now in leadership roles, she has shaped the next generation of leaders. Tahra’s influence extends to speaking engagements at prestigious institutions such as Columbia University, New York University, and the Wharton School of Business.
Tahra’s partnerships with brands like Blue Man Group and the Tony Awards reflect her expertise in communication as an artform. As a Chief Marketing Officer, she has led teams through significant transitions, earning her the reputation of a community architect and change management expert.

Rene Hampton has over 30+ years experience spanning from various industries such as finance, consulting and healthcare. Rene comes to us most recently from Aetna, where she led a program where she worked with 10+ key vendor clients and played a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives. Prior to Aetna, she excelled as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite executives at Fortune 500 companies such as Dean Witter, Accenture, and Aetna. Rene reports to Cathy Bonczek as her Executive Assistant.
